Information on maintaining your mobile dust extractor
To ensure that your mobile dust extractor is functioning reliably in the long term and to prevent downtimes, we recommend carrying out a visual inspection at regular intervals. With this overview, you can check the components relevant to functionality that must be considered in the maintenance of your mobile dust extractor step by step:
  • Main filter

To prevent unwanted damage to your mobile dust extractor, the main filter must be free of cracks or holes. You must therefore check whether the main filter is damaged. If the main filter is damaged, the filter replacement process is described in detail in this tutorial: Learn more
  • Suction hose

For optimal extraction, the suction hose must be intact. You must therefore check the suction hose regularly for leaks, such as holes or cracks. We also recommend checking the area between the sleeve and the hose on the container side and the sleeve and the hose on the tool side. You can find further information here: Learn more
  • Container seal

Check the container seal for debris or damage. To maintain high suction performance and power, the seal must be in good condition.
  • Water contacts

Clean the water contacts with a soft cloth. This prevents the contacts from getting clogged by potential deposits of conductive dusts and helps to prevent automatic shut off. You can find more information here: Learn more
  • Suction head

Place the suction head upside down on the floor and check the underside of the suction head for damage. Pay particular attention here to the immersion tube that leads into the filter bag. Should any damage be detected, please trigger a service order in the Work App.
