Connecting cordless tool with mobile dust extractor and disconnecting again

  • Connecting: Pressing the connection button on the dust extractor.

    In standby mode, briefly press the connection button. The indicator flashes slowly and you can now connect your dust extractor within the next 60 seconds.

  • Connecting: Switching on the cordless tool with a Bluetooth® battery

    Now switch on the power tool with Bluetooth® battery pack that you want to connect to the dust extractor. The cordless tool and the dust extractor are then connected.

    Note: Only one Bluetooth® battery can be connected to the dust extractor at a time. Connecting a new Bluetooth® battery disconnects the previous Bluetooth® battery.

  • Disconnecting the cordless tool from the dust extractor

    Three options are available to you for disconnecting the paired cordless tool from the dust extractor:

    1. Turn off the dust extractor

    2. Unplug the dust extractor

    3. Charge the Bluetooth® battery

  • Connecting: Pressing the connection button on the mobile dust extractor

    Hold down the connection button on the dust extractor for approx. three seconds. The indicator flashes quickly and you can now connect your dust extractor within the next 60 seconds.

  • Connecting: Activating the remote control

    Now press the MAN button on the remote control. The remote control is now connected to the dust extractor. Press the MAN button on the remote control to turn the dust extractor on and off.

  • Switching the remote control from one mobile dust extractor to another

    The remote control must be reset first. To do so, hold down the connection button and the MAN button on the remote control for ten seconds. The LED indicator on the remote control briefly flashes purple when resetting is complete. You can now make a new connection to another dust extractor (see step 1 for this). A dust extractor can be connected to as many as five remote controls at the same time.

    Note: A dust extractor can be connected to as many as five remote controls at the same time.
